    Description

    Miyu is a Japanese omakase restaurant tucked away in a shophouse on Dempsey Road. Helmed by executive chef Ng Kam Kwan, who’s trained in the kitchen of some of Singapore’s most highly-acclaimed restaurants, it’s a great place to get a taste of Japan.

    During lunch, the menu is casual, offering a variety of sets that come with appetisers, soup, a main dish, and dessert.

    During dinner, full-course omakase sets are the stars of the show, with each set having no less than seven courses. Dishes change regularly according to the season and the chef's preference, but you can look forward to fresh air-flown sashimi, sushi, donburis, cooked dishes, dessert, and more. Dinner sets are also available upon request during lunch, so die-hard omakase fans can get their fix at any time of the day.

    We do not offer a children’s menu. Please note that we serve one omakase per reservation. We are a 16-seat restaurant, and we appreciate your understanding. (Nov 2025)
