    Description

    Located in the bustling Vivocity, it’s no surprise that this is one of Marché’s busiest outlets in Singapore. This spot is modelled after a Swiss mountain village, and was built from antique wood and fittings preserved from Adelboden, a quaint village in the Alps. The kitchen serves up family-friendly European fare, and keeping with the theme, even has an indoor playground for little ones to keep busy.

    Whet your appetite with the much-raved Swiss Rosti - crisp, buttery, and flavourful, before moving onto some of the heartier mains. Carnivores will love chowing down on the hearty German Pork Knuckle. Robust, crisp, and meaty, this dish comes with traditional pickled cabbage and is served in generous half and whole portions depending on your appetite. The mashed potatoes and gravy on the side make great accompaniments to the meal and are sure to fill you up in the unlikely event that the main does not.

    Seafood lovers have to try the Spanish Paella. Made with mussels, tomatoes, and rice, this dish is perfect for ravenous diners looking for something wholesome to fill their bellies. Sip on some Movenpick Champagne to wash it down - the subtle sweetness provides some contrast to the earthy flavours of the dish. (March 2019)
