    Description

    Modelled after a European Market Square, with exposed brick and a wooden fence with Swiss motifs, Marché at Suntec City is one of the most iconic restaurants in the city. Serving up a range of Swiss dishes crafted from fresh seafood and vegetables, this spot offers open kitchens so guests can watch the live preparation of their meals. There is also a natural bakery where guests can soak in the in-house baking process.

    Try the Black Forest Ham Crepe, a hearty dish of thin crepes stuffed with ham and gooey, melted cheese. The crispy salad on the side provides a contrasting texture, and the accompanying salad dressing adds some extra flavour. The Margherita Pizza is just as hearty, but a great option for vegetarians - made with tomato sauce, generous helpings of mozzarella, and fresh basil.

    For a sweet treat to end the meal, opt for the Movenpick Ice Cream, crafted traditionally in the Alps by practiced artisans from premium ingredients. The Banana Crumble Cake is another great option for a dessert that is not too over-cloyingly sweet. The mashed banana evens out the crumbly top layer of the cake, making for a fun mix of textures.
