    It's a velvet dusky bar and tables with attentive service that we like to return. Music is not too loud and engaging. Cocktails are always well made and you're never more than a shy hand raise away from being served. However, as vegans/vegetarians our choice is constrained to fries only. To Manhattan's credit, they did improve it with some inclusion of sweat potato on our request, but that's about it. A few years earlier the choice was larger with impossible "meatballs" and something else but it went away. The waiter initially attempted to serve us champagne from a bottle opened 2 days ago, one we pointed it out we got promptly served a fresh bottle. This shouldn't have happened in the first place, but was rectified quickly.
