For a chewier option that’s just as flavourful, go for their Braised London Duck Tongue. Perfectly complemented with a steaming bowl of rice or alone, this dish combines their signature spices that tenderize the meat. Veggie lovers are in for a treat here with delicious options that will have you going back for more. The Spinach with Fish Curd in Superior Stock is a favourite here. It's perfect for sharing. The fish curd melts in your mouth, while the spinach provides a nice crunch. For a less soupy option, go for their Triple Dou Miao with savoury pork bits and crunchy leaves.
