    Seating allocation can be improve. Side note, restaurant floor manager should not reprimand his employees or staff infront of guests. Please advise to do it behind close door. This to give respect to own staff or employees, is unsightly to show infront of guest. Just not professional on manager part which pose on behalf of hotel branding. The rest of the review is good.

    Garden Blooms Afternoon Tea

    Tastefully partitioned from the main lobby, the Lobby Lounge offers a beautiful, elegant space for an unhurried afternoon. Available until 31 August 2026, the Garden Blooms Afternoon Tea is a feast for both the eyes and the palate.

    Menu highlights include an exquisite selection of sweet and savoury delights, such as Seared Scallop Tartare in a Crispy Shell with Passion Fruit Hollandaise, Smoked Salmon Swiss Roll, and Scotch Quail Egg with Caviar. The classic scones are given a creative savoury twist here with Gammon Ham and Gruyère Cheese, served alongside garlic-chive clotted cream and a refreshing pea soup with Parmesan foam. Delight in enchanting classics such as Eton Mess and Neapolitan Pastiera, a signature Italian cake made with orange blossom, ricotta, and candied orange.
