    As a Marriot Club member, I did not often have good experience. When I made a reservation, I was not informed that it meant I was going to spend for 2 pax of the tea session. It was only made known to me when we arrived. I found it silly to be explaining in front of my guest. I however did ask for a menu of sweet and savory and at that moment the staff tried to help me. Then came another staff insisting that I must have the 2 pax tea session. I was puzzled. In the end they agreed to serve the 1 pax of tea session and I ordered a separate pot of tea. I often felt that even though I was a regular, I did not fully feel the hospitality. This is an honest feedback. I am not submitting this to get anybody in trouble but rather to see if the lobby lounge management could better treat the club member and PLEASE do not show FACES when customer was trying to sort out confusion. My membership renewal is around the corner and I have been contacted by the membership club. Contemplating renewal.
