    A must-try on the menu is the Crispy Poached Salmon, a wholesome dish showcasing a fork-tender fillet of slow-cooked fish, scented with a citrusy lemon oil, and paired with truffle mashed potato and sauteed mushrooms. The Roasted Half Spring Chicken is another delicious dish to tuck into. Here, half a spring chicken is generously seasoned with garlic and herbs, then roasted to yield a crispy, golden-brown skin and succulent, juicy meat. The dish is served with truffle mashed potatoes, sauteed mushrooms and a home-made sambal oelek sauce.  

    If you are looking to sink your teeth into a juicy burger, the Messy Cheesy Beef Burger is the thing to order. Australian choice beef patty is stacked with fried bacon, cucumber, tomato, and a melted raclette cheese on top. A crispy curly fries completes the tasty picture.
