    Description

    One of Changi’s most well-guarded secrets, Little Island Brewery is something like a temple to the good life practically sitting on the easternmost edge of the city. A combination of a communal barbecue and a microbrewery, helmed by a master British brewer who’s been storming Bali for years with his innovative brews, this spot is a favourite with families in the day and, after dark, the city’s hip crowd looking for great night out away from the bustling downtown.

    The beer here, brewed with imported organic ingredients then pumped, foamy and rich, out of the tap, is delicious. Nurse a crisp, signature Pale Ale or mix it up with some of their other flavours, including a bittersweet Irish Dry Stout and a honeyed Red Ale. Fresh off the barbecue come smoky, fork-tender mountains of soft beef brisket, pork ribs, and flame-grilled burgers, as well as battered seabass with fish direct from a neighbouring kelong. Adding to the experience is a unique payment system. Think EZ-Link card: you top up a card with cash and tap to pay for whatever you order at one of their ordering kiosks. It makes getting a self-poured beer from the tap super easy, which keeps the good times rolling.
