    Food, as always, is good! A little short-staffed but they did their best to be responsive. Only thing that is disappointing was the charges for the water, which is disproportionate to its actual cost, and unnecessary given the type of restaurant!

    Service staff were great. Personally for me, too mich sourness in the beef tartare from the pickles added, salad was sour from the balsamic vinegar, steak sauce was also sour. Steak was not great, both entrecote and tenderloin. Marbling of the meat was low, chewy. Perhaps it's personal taste, for me, too sour for my liking but some may like it sour. French onion soup was good, fries were fries. Lava cake and creme brulee were good.

    "Our beef was well-executed and succulent, although the mountainous heap of thin-cut, golden brown fries (undoubtedly twice-fried) threatened to dwarf it. Despite the exceedingly hearty meal, we succumbed to temptation with their waffle, accompanied by salted butter caramel and vanilla bean ice cream. Heavenly.
