Located at heart of the Resort, LeBar is an outdoor pavilion lounge that offers themed afternoon teas and cocktails amid views of serenity and the South China Sea. While the afternoon away with an Afternoon Tea selection of sweet and savoury bites paired with a wide selection of tea and free-flowing coffee. Or enjoy 1-for-1 beers, wines and spirits, and special priced martinis made by head mixologist Daniel Anthony and his team, during Happy Hour from 12pm to 7pm.
In a nod to the Resort’s sustainability initiatives and the team’s craftsmanship, the Sentosa Sling is a signature cocktail for barflies looking for a unique drink. It is concocted with Seven Tails Brandy, Montenegro Amaro, Eau-De-Vie, Passionfruit, Calamansi, Watermelon Skin Tincture, Rose Nectar and Lemon Leaf. The watermelon skin tincture is made from upcycled watermelon skins from our kitchen, while the lemons leaves are from the lemon trees grown at the Resort.
LeBar is a great place for afternoon and evening events and even cocktail-making sessions. Have our chefs customise a buffet or cocktail reception for your event.
At night, LeBar transforms into a glamourous gathering spot for music and bespoke cocktails.

• Live piano music and singing, Fri, 6pm to 9pm, Sat and Sun, 1pm to 5pm.
• LeBar offers sliced cake, from Rainbow Cake to Pecan Pie. They are priced at $8++ per slice.

Sustainability:
• Resort-exclusive cocktails concocted by Head Mixologist, Daniel Anthony: Sentosa Sling, $28++, made with brandy, upcycled watermelon skin to make the watermelon tincture and lemon leaves from the Resort’s lemon garden.
• We also use ecoSPIRITS, the world's first circular wine and spirits packaging technology. At LeBar, over 60% of the cocktails are made using sustainably sourced ingredients, such as mint and other herbs for garnishes from our in-house farm, Garden by the Sea.
• As part of Go Green SG, the Resort launched two cocktails using ecoSPIRITS: “Carbon Eclipse”, made using ecoSPIRITS Rosemary Stem Tequila, Pineapple Core, Mango Juice and Egg White and “The Urban Decay” which is made using ecoSPIRITS Jackfruit Seed-infused Gin, Orange Skin and Black Lemons. Additionally, for every ecoTOTE refillable container ordered, one Spotted Mangrove plant will be seeded in the mangrove restoration forest in West Coast Sumatra.
