    I came here with a friend, and we both enjoyed our meal. The aged pork was flavourful, and the staff grilled it perfectly. The steamed egg was filled with cheese, which was different from what we usually have at Korean BBQ restaurants and it was complimentary too! The complimentary side dishes were also delicious. Definitely worth visiting again!

    It sounds like you want to write a complaint about the poor service and the long delay in cooking your Korean BBQ. Here’s a clearer, firm version you can send to the restaurant: We ordered Korean BBQ along with several other cooked dishes. The staff was supposed to assist us with cooking the BBQ, but the grill repeatedly failed to heat up properly. The staff kept waiting for the grill to become hot and changed the gas canisters three times, but no alternative arrangement was made to cook our BBQ food. As a result, we had already finished all the other cooked dishes while still waiting for the BBQ to be cooked. I eventually had to call the store manager to look into the situation. The manager then suggested cooking our BBQ on another grill. This was a very disappointing experience. The staff should have taken action much earlier when it became clear that the grill was not working properly, rather than leaving us waiting for such a long time.
