We especially appreciated the personalized menu recommendations from our waitress, which made the meal feel special. ​The Food Highlights: * Wagyu Don: Melt-in-your-mouth beef with a rich, savory glaze. ​Sashimi Don: Very fresh, generous thick-cut slices of fish. ​Fugu Mirin Boshi: A unique, sweet-salty puffer fish "jerky" that is a must-try. ​Sushi: Perfectly balanced rice and high-quality ingredients. ​The Verdict: A hidden gem for top-tier Japanese food with a warm, personal touch.     Koji Sushi Bar is a trendy and casual Japanese sushi and sashimi-only joint with a simple menu focusing on quality fresh sea produce and with speed and affordability in the day to cater to office crowd. In the evening, Omakase (chef decide) menu is served along with a good selection of sake and shochu for a relaxed dining experience.

    This restaurant is committed to using the Japan-produced rice and charcoal-filtered water to achieve the best tasting sushi rice. Diners have a choice of white rice or the healthier mixed grain rice for their donburi. There is a small but carefully selected range of artisan sake, shochu and craft beer for the diners. (Jun 2019)
