    It was a wonderful meal and with good experience. The staff are friendly and the service were great! Will definitely visit again. My friend gave a thumbs up and it’s her first time dining at the sushi bar.

    We tried this outlet as the outlet in Raffles Place was fully booked. It is a ridiculously packed space with many seatings arranged on the back of the kitchen where washing and cleaning happen. We know how tight sushi bars can be and but the way this outlet is set up is not reasonable. Trying to maximize business by having 2x the ppl the place can keep may increase the business in short term but really hurt customer experience. If you want a 15-20 SGD quick lunch, it is okay to go to the place. If you are spending more and want quality food and dining experience, this place is not where you should go.

    Description

    Named after the culture that is used in the brewing of various fermented ingredients in Japanese cuisine, this spot has a simple menu focused only on quality sashimi and sushi. This restaurants provides bang for diners’ bucks, with undersized servings of rice topped with oversized pieces of seafood at bargain prices. The sushi is made from Japanese rice that is imported, and cooked in charcoal-filtered water to get the most authentic taste possible.

A 10-piece dish made with swordfish, tuna, salmon, and various other premium seafoods, this plate is a collection of some of Koji’s most popular menu items, and is priced affordably. Not a fan of sushi? There are also some innovative Donburi dishes that you’ll want to get your hands on. The Salmon Avocado Tartare Don bring together the buttery flavour of avocado and the tenderness of salmon to make a delicious dish that is perfect with a glass of Sake.
