Priding themselves on creating powerful meals to strengthen your health, Kazu’s menu is intricately prepared by Chef Kazu.

    Kazu’s grilled Foie Gras is highly raved with its melt-in-your-mouth texture and smoky flavour — the perfect dish to start off your dining experience. Try their Sawara Kizushi, which consists of marinated Spanish mackerel topped with Ikura for an explosion of umami and sweet ocean flavour. For meat options, their marinated beef tongue and steak is a crowd favourite, with the meat cut into bite-sized chunks — so you really get the most of its juicy flavour.
