    Description

    Kam's Roast has become a household name for succulent Hong Kong-style roasts ever since it arrived on our sunny shores in 2017. The outlets here are led by the same folks behind the original restaurant in Hong Kong, which have consistently garnered one Michelin star status since its opening.

    Signature dishes include the Roast Duck, a perfectly-roasted duck that's juicy on the inside yet crispy and golden on the outside, and the Suckling Pig, with paper-thin slices of crackling pork skin — a hallmark of culinary finesse. Other favourites are the Toro Char Siu, made from prime pork belly for the perfect balance of fat and meat, and the Wonton Noodles that come with plump prawn-and-pork dumplings.

    For a refreshing end to the meal, go for the Red Bean Soup with Aged Orange Peel, a subtly sweet dessert delicately brewed with premium red beans and orange peel that has been aged for at least a decade for the best flavour. (Dec 2019)
