Thank you for your interest in dining at Kai Kai Sushi & Grill by Teppei.

Here's some quick booking rules:
(i) Bookings are NOT transferable to avoid dispute on the pre-authorised deposit ($10 per seat).
(ii) if you do not get a confirmation email within an hour and you have checked your junk/spam box, contact us at teppei.res@gmail.com as no show penalty will apply once your booking is in our system.
(iii) You might have to wait for a table if your reservation is not in our system.
(iv) We reserve the right to decline your reservation if (a) you have a history of no show or multiple cancellations at our restaurants; (b) any dietary needs that we are unable to meet; (c) not meeting any of the rules listed here.
(v) please do not use debit / travel / pre-paid / store-value cards (like YouTrip, Wise, Revolut) for pre-authorisation
(vi) Cancellation Policy - late cancellation penalty applies for cancellation/amendments made after 00:00 of the day of dining. We encourage you to cancel early online (please ensure you get a cancellation email) to avoid penalties. If you are unable to cancel online, please notify us immediately (via email teppei.res@gmail.com).
(vii) Seats are released 30 days ahead.
