    Visted the restaurant previously with a big group and the food and service was excellent. This time however was a letdown. Food was delivered to the table in a haphazard manner. Some of my guests had to wait a long time for their food. We ordered a number of types of tuna. The Tuna was in part cold and not properly defrosted. The staff sad the tuna was frozen. We waited over 20 minutes for the dessert to be served and the staff appeared to be only aware of our orders when we inquired if we could cancel the dessert orders. They then served the dessert. The person who said she was the manager then told us they would not charge for the dessert. We spoke to the manager about the food and service and her response was "Noted". A disappointing evening as our previous experience of food and service at the restaurant had been very good. Hopefully this is a one-off and not repeated.

    It was slightly unpleasant service at the start when we requested to be sat outdoors to enjoy the bbq (there were no instructions to indicate that bbq need to be outdoors when we made reservations). The lady server brought us out to a high table and we noted the high chair wasn't tall enough. We asked if we can sit on the normal tables as we saw they were empty and can be combined. The lady server just replied cannot. We also saw the fan wasn't turned on and asked if it can be switched on, to which she replied "it's spoilt" and left. When the rest of our family members arrived, it was clearly not suitable with my young nephew in the child seat but his forehead was at the high table. We requested again if we can change seats. This time, the manager (with glasses) helped us to shift seats which was so much more comfortable for all of us. We later found out the fan which was supposedly "spoilt" could actually be switched on. Thankful the manager made a great service recovery.
