For Lunch (Kings Cart Coffee Factory): Tables are reserved for 1.5 hours 
For Dinner (Joo Chiat Oyster House): Tables are reserved for 2 hours

1. All guests will have to be present before they are seated. All reserved tables will be held for only 10 minutes before they are released. To avoid disappointment, please arrive on time. We do not extend our grace period for latecomers. In the case of no show or late arrival, we reserve the right to reallocate your reservation without any guarantee of an alternative seating option.

3. ⁠Wine corkage policy is 1-for-1 (bring a bottle and buy a bottle from us) or $50 per bottle. Cakeage policy is 1-for-1 (bring 1 cake and buy a bottle from us) or $10 per cake.

4. Kindly note that due to liability and legal restrictions, no outside food is allowed to be consumed in the restaurant.

For 7 pax and above, $100 deposit per booking applies:
• Cancellation more than 48 hours, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours, no deposit will be refunded.

For Joo Chiat Oyster House, a minimum spend of $50++ per pax applies for 7 pax and above.
