Jigger & Pony set the bar — literally — for craft cocktails in 2012, when they opened their doors at Amoy Street. Now located in Amara Singapore hotel, Jigger & Pony continues to shake up delicious cocktails with interesting ingredients. Pick up a copy of their unique magazine-style menu, and flip through the pages of witty copy and beautiful pictures to choose from the bar’s signature and innovating cocktails.
The section on Basic Bubbles are back, for instance, showcases cocktails going back to basic: Highballs. Vodka Sodas. Gin & Sonics. The higher level of craft we reach, the more we feel the need to strip it all back to basics. There’s Whisky Highball and what’s make it special is that Hokkaido super soft water (maewari) is mixed with whisky, creating a softer blend. Or be adventurous with the Cacao Pulp Sour, the Kindred Spirits section where cocktails are in collaboration with local chocolate maker, Fossa Chocolate.
The nosh to go with your craft cocktails is equally delicious with an elevated selection featuring our signature Jamon Iberico Toast and sinfully delicious Brillat-Savarin Cheese stuffed with black truffles.
