    J Bistro's dedicated staff serve a wide variety of quality international cuisine : KOPA Charcoal Oven grilled meats, seafood, pastas, unique specialty burgers and delectable tapas with an extensive selection of European Teas and freshly roasted Italian Coffees, Turkish Baklava & Ice Cream and an awesome selection of Beers, Wines, Cocktails, Whiskies and Spirits.

    An easy, cosy place to spend with your friends, family and yourself.

    From their Menu, we recommend as starters their Pu'er Smoked Duck or Camembert Cheese Cubes from their Tapas Menu. Another favourite is their Mediterranean Squid, Japanese Ika Surume with Mediterranean pesto, Charcoal Grilled in their KOPA oven.

    For soups, their creamy Truffle Mushroom soup and richly flavoured French Onion soups are must haves.

    For the mains, a must try is their The Gentlemen's Cut ribeye steak. At 380gm, the steak is Charcoal grilled and wood smoked in a KOPA oven to retain all the juicy flavour of the meat, while presenting a char-grilled outer texture. Also available from their Charcoal Oven is their affordable Sirloin Steak and Angus and Wagyu Tomahawk for sharing.

    Not to be outdone, their 12-hr slow braised Lamb Shanks is fall-off-the-bone rich, soft and succulent. Perfectly blended taste with tenderised meat.

    For a lighter option, try the J Bistro Poke Bowls. Each bowl is served with fresh vegetables, japanese rice and sunny-side eggs. You can choose meat toppings like Tori Karaage , Angus Beef, Smoked Duck, Charcoal-Grilled Unagi, or just keep it Vegan.

    Also popular are their pastas. Make your own Spaghetti, Fusilli or Linguine pasta by choosing your sauce: Aglio Olio, Pomodoro or Carbonara, and your meat or vegetable ingredients. Alternatively, try their specialty Genovese Pesto, Beef Meatball, Seafood Marina, Truffle Cream or Squid Ink Pastas.

    For the hearty eaters, J Bistro Specialty Burgers are to die for. Their basic Wagyu Beef Burger is Chargrilled in their Coal-fired Oven to retain the Juicy Wagyu Taste of the patty. Stacked with their signature Caramelised Onions and Saùtéed mixed mushrooms and slice of American Cheddar, its no wonder that this is the most popular item on the menu.

    Those who can't get enough of their Wagyu Beef Burgers, double up the experience with their Double Wagyu Beef Burger.

    But this is nothing compared to the next level up with "The Messy Joe". Double Wagyu Beef Patty, with signature Caramelised Spanish Onions and Saùtéed Mixed Mushrooms. generously applied BBQ sauce, and drenched completely with Hot-Melted-Smoked Cheddar Cheese. The Ultimate Personal Burger.

    Quadruple up the experience with the "The Tower Burger". A 4-patties Burger stacked with all things nice, Smoked Romesco Sauce and huge amount of Fries. Share this Burger with friends or family.

    Also popular is their Chargrilled Chicken Burger, with Charcoal grilled and wood smoked chicken thigh and their Pulled Lamb Burger, choice lamb cuts, slow cooked and tenderly pulled to retain the rich juicy flavours.

    And finally, for the pure Carnivore, J Bistro's unique KETO Burger offers a a pair of Charcoal Grilled and Wood Smoked Wagyu Beef Patty and a Boneless Chicken Thigh, stacked with fresh vegetables, without Buns, Fries or Carbos.

    To complete your meal, try their Turkish Ice Cream and Traditional Bakalva, airflown direct from Turkey.
