Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion.

For Festive Special Occasions 
(like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year`s Eve and New Year`s Day), we require a credit card guarantee (CCG) of full amount of preferred Festive package per person. This CCG is only an authorization hold, no charge will be made to your credit card. We do not recommend usage of debit cards as the guarantee amount will be charged and an administrative fee will follow for any refund.

Please note that il Cielo's last order timings are 15 minutes before closing.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the reserved time in order to receive a full release of the credit card authorization hold. Please note that different cancellation policies apply during the festive season, special occasions, events, and public holidays. A cancellation fee of $40 will apply for cancellations made within 2 days or less of the reservation.
