Greeting guests with their trademark raw seafood counter and pails of oysters, the staff at Humpback meticulously source just about everything on the menu for a truly memorable experience. For those who are yearning for something more than just seafood, the "Garden", "Snacks", and "Seasonal" section of the menu are full of delicious options. We love the Charred Cabbage with curd and pine nuts featured in the "Garden" section, and the seemingly random assembly of Octopus Terrine from the "Pantry" section is something we could nibble on all day.
