    Description
Get ready for Hue, a modern Thai dining concept that brings authentic Thai food to another level.

For starters, go for Oychestra for fat, juicy oysters topped with three different Thai dressings that will leave you hungry for more. Or go for the What The Fish Salad for a raw fish dish that’s equally tasty. Topped with fish roe, pork crackling, and a dressing of your choice, this dish is saucy, refreshing, and appetising.

Offering a modest selection of mains, a must-try would be Hue’s original Not A Tom Yum Soup. A hot and spicy soup inspired from Southern Thailand, it’s filled with charred seafood and paired with an omelette. It’s perfect for a chilly day. This dish serves one to two people, so bring a friend down for extra stomach space to sample more dishes. Or go for their Pad Thai Remix, a delicious deconstructed pad thai that lets you mix all the best flavours to your liking.

For the adventurous, try out Moocano, a sticky glutinous rice dish covered with chargrilled pork and lava sauce. The sticky glutinous rice pairs perfectly with the smoky flavours of the chargrilled sauce and savoury goodness of the salted egg sauce.

For dessert, finish off with their Tea-ramisu which is this silky smooth, Thai-tea flavoured goodness. (Jan 2022)
