    I was using points to redeem a spaghetti main course thus I buzz for svc & a waitress in white top came to me & advice that I could still order via the QR code but inform cashier before payment. So I did, however when I made payment, cashier lady named Kannie told me that I should have informed before I order & I explained I did, pointing to the lady in white, she went on & harp on why I need to inform & commented that the item I redeem may not be applicable, then she realized that it was redeemable, she generated the receipt, then I told her I didn’t use the wet tissue but she charged, she reluctantly reversed out the entry & reprint the receipt. I was almost 5mins at the cashier for this payment. On one hand, I was enjoying benefits awarded by Hoshino to their regulars but was totally dampen by her attitude towards customers. Earlier, After I finish dining, a waitress pass an iPad for me to rate, I gave high scores but I regretted as the encounter was only after.

    Good sized portions, souffle very fluffy. Have come a few times with my teens and tween. Brought my parents to visit today and they were very happy too. Resto is quite cold so bring a jacket
