The new menu has removed one section of the old menu (sushi) and non replacement and yet charging the same price. It’s not worth for the new menu at all.

Unveil a new chapter in Ginger.Lily's storybook-inspired afternoon tea concept, created by Executive Sous Chef Cindy Khoo alongside Michelin-starred Chef Adrien Descouls.

Chef Cindy, known for her culinary creativity, has honed her craft with Japanese wagashi masters and pastry artisans from La Maison de l'Excellence Savencia®, and was named 2024 ambassador for CNIEL, the French national dairy association. Michelin-starred Chef Adrien draws inspiration from the rich terroirs of his native Auvergne. His hotel-restaurant, Origines, celebrated for its dedication to eco-responsible gastronomy, earned a Michelin star in 2020, three toques from the Gault & Millau guide, and a Michelin Key in 2024.

In A Symphony of Origins, their shared dedication to craftsmanship unfolds in a composition of flavours, where Chef Adrien's innovative savoury creations, rooted in Auvergene's lush landscapes, are complemented by Chef Cindy's exquisite sweets that blend Japanese-inspired artistry with French precision.

Time: 1pm to 3pm (first seating); 3:30pm to 5:30pm (second seating)
