    I was disappointed with the experience as a regular patron. We waited nearly more than an hour for the claypot rice while other dishes arrived promptly. To maintain the flow of our meal, we ended up ordering additional dishes since the claypot rice had not been served. Ironically, the newly added dishes came faster than the claypot rice. When the two claypot rice dishes finally arrived, the rice was excessively charred and dry, with very few chicken pieces. The restaurant explained that it was the cook’s first day, but as a customer, I do not expect to bear the cost of compromised food quality. This was particularly disappointing given the restaurant’s reputation for its claypot rice.

    Have been going to Lor 33 Geylang Claypot since its actual Geylang coffee shop days. Good to know that many of their dishes are still good - particularly their claypot rice and homemade tofu. Braised Duck was a little dry and claypot rice took a long time to be served (an hour after we were seated).
