    The dishes shine here. Simple but so well done. Dim sum all done well. But the stars were the ala carte dishes like beef brisket in claypot, and the sweet and sour pork was pure Cantonese high standards! Service was challenging but cut them some slack and be nice to them! They were working very hard all the time!
