    Service staff were fantastic. It's a tough , sometimes unsung, and many times thankless job at buffets. Clearing of tables, utensils, cutlery, attending to requests seem endless. But the service staff were constantly on top of things, responding swiftly and did so with energy and enthusiasm. Great job.

    The buffet itself is not too bad in terms of food quality and variety, given the price. But I am disappointed that the buffet doesn't include water. Any beverage (soda drinks; coffee, water, etc.) adds an additional 4.90 per person. The biggest issue though is the lack of a lift from the car park, so if you drive and you can't climb 4 flights of stairs (from B2), you can forget about going to the restaurant. And if you have a guest on wheelchair, you'd have to let them alight at the hotel entrance first. This should have come as a standard warning for all guests. My family found about this the hard way, after we parked at B2. Apparently, this is one of the few rare old buildings which does not have a lift to the car park.
