    Best italian food I have had. The pizza was charred just right and chewy. The tomato sauce was so fresh and delicious, complenting rhe salami. The pasta had a bite that was just right. The lunch came with tuna tartare with a delcious uni sauce. The staff were attentive despite the full house.

    Start with their signature pane di casa – airy bread doused in zesty salmoriglio – paired with creamy burrata and punchy homemade chilli oil. Pastas, crafted from semolina and water Napoli-style, shine in dishes like mafalde with slow-cooked ragu and torched provolone. But the star remains the 50-hour-proofed pizzas: opt for crispy mortadella-topped fried dough or the bold Sitari with wagyu tartare. Save room for the Fortunamisu, a coffee-kissed twist on tiramisu.
