As Singapore’s only Nikkei gastrobar, FLNT @ 1-ATICO presents a unique dining experience for a high-energy social spot for friends to bond over elevated cocktails, artisanal sakes and innovative cuisine. Featuring an open kitchen concept, the magic takes place in the buzzy kitchen which takes center stage in the restaurant, where a plethora of sharing plates is prepared with immaculate precision over a binchotan-fueled grill.

Inspired by the flavours of Nikkei culture in Peru, the Japanese Sumiyaki Grill offers affordable lunch sets. Served with momotaro, miso soup and a light snack , pick from three delicious Japanese menu options for a satisfying and fulfilling meal. The Nikkei Bara Chirashi Don is a popular dish that features the chef’s selection of the multiple kinds of fresh sashimi, topped over rice and peppered with amarillo, avocado and corn nuts. Sashimi lovers rejoice as small plates of sashimi, ceviche, tataki and momotaro are available over at the raw bar here at FLNT @ 1-ATICO. Indulge in delectable flavours of your favourite fish with the Sashimi of the Day platter that comes in either a small plate of three of five different types of fish.

Wrap up your meal with a dish from the sumiyaki grill. Grilled over a curated selection of white and charcoal binchotan, the Tsukune is a flavourful dish of minced chicken and cheese that will surely have you coming back for seconds. (Dec 2020)

Perched 56 stories above the street, this splashy new penthouse rooftop is home to contemporary Argentenian steakhouse FIRE, Japanese-Peruvian gastrobar FLNT and glitzy, futuristic nightclub 1-Atico Ultra-Lounge. No matter which route you choose, you'll be treated to panoramic views of the sparkling city skyline thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows that line just about every wall in the place.
