Description
Edge, a multi-faceted buffet restaurant at the stunning Pan Pacific Singapore, showcases a culinary tour of the world right in the heart of the city. Offering a whopping seven live food theatres, as well as a la minute presentations which include an extensive array of delicacies inspired by umami rich flavours and sophisticated cooking techniques. Edge goes above and beyond in every sense -- from food to ambience -- giving diners the opportunity to observe and connect with the chefs while exploring their substantial selection of almost 120 dishes and 35 desserts.
Edge Buffet
Edge buffet, located at Pan Pacific Singapore, is a buffet bar on the second floor of the hotel. The restaurant offers a variety of light bites and beverages in addition to its signature bar menu. The casual ambiance with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Marina Bay Sands makes it an ideal spot for drinks before or after dinner!

Feast on the likes of beef rendang, fish curry and baba ghanoush, all in one plate! There are no rules here when it comes to the Edge buffet. Don’t miss out on the seafood! You’ll enjoy oysters, Boston lobsters, and crabs. The restaurant also offers a decent selection of vegetarian eats such as roasted eggplant or spiced chickpeas and potato curry.
Using Singapore as their main inspiration, the chefs also incorporate flavours from around the world so you can enjoy an array of different influences in one place! You'll also find local favourites like nasi lemak and chilli crab on the menu. Other dishes that are standouts include Boston Lobster, Wagyu Beef, Suckling Pig, Prime Rib, and Duck Confit Ravioli.
