    Cod

    Norwegian Cod is pan-fried and served with fermented fennel compote and a butter sauce infused with horseradish. Comes topped with confit king oyster mushrooms.

    Svele

    Light fluffy pancakes raised through hornsalt (ammonium bicarbonate from deer horns). Served with hazelnut ice cream, salted caramel sauce and hazelnut crumble.

    Helmed by the talented Norwegian chef Daniel Jung-Eldøy, Dill offers an authentic taste of Scandinavia. Daniel, who previously earned Michelin stars with restaurants Galt and Schlagergården in Oslo, is passionate about sustainability without compromising on quality. He sources local ingredients whenever possible and imports essential Scandinavian elements, like seafood, from back home.

    At Dill, diners can choose from a set menu or enjoy casual bites, all featuring unique Scandinavian flavours. To complement the kitchen's offerings, a selection of fine wines and specialty drinks has been carefully curated. (Dec 2024)
