Da Paolo Gastronomia - Holland Village

Had a great Thursday dinner at Da Paolo Gastronomia in Holland Village. This well-established Italian eatery is part of the Da Paolo Group, known for bringing authentic Italian flavors to Singapore since 1989. Tried one of their special pastas with an Asian fusion twist, and it was a pleasant surprise—great balance of flavors with a unique touch. Also enjoyed the Mole Cola, a refreshing Italian cola that complemented the meal well. The place wasn’t crowded, making for a relaxed dining experience. Staff were friendly, and service was fast and efficient. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but the quality of food makes it worthwhile. A solid spot for a mix of classic Italian and creative fusion dishes in the neighborhood!
