    The beverage experience at our bar is equally dynamic. The cocktail menu is inspired by New York's energy, with tableside service evoking a sense of theatrical elegance. The extensive wine list includes over 30 wines by the glass from top regions, ensuring a perfect pairing for every dish.


    A tease on the lips, a bar of delightful tricks, Cygnet Bar is also alive with playful theatrics that have just the right touch of drama.

    Refreshingly smooth with a dash of decadence – and that’s just the interior.

    Two parts spirit, one part Deco. Here, Manhattan is the muse. Supercharged martinis are best enjoyed daring and dry. Our inventive take on bourbon and bitters is more like a bold-fashioned. And the sweet vermouth and rye stirred over ice? Well, that’s the maraschino cherry on top.

    Of course, the creativity doesn’t stop at the cocktails. Leaf through the wine list and you’ll be pleasantly surprised. New-world and old go together like lobster roll and chardonnay, cheeseburger and burgundy.
