The juices and smoothies there are a big let down. Food is great. Some staff were very nice and cheerful while others quite rude. Overall, doesn't live up to the expectations.

Cultivate is an exceptional vegan restaurant. The choices in the menu left my lunch partner and I spoilt for choice. Everything looked so good! We ordered the pumpkin tart with fresh figs and the portobello mushroom salad to share. Both were excellent and we will be sure to go back to try the other offerings. Izzat who served us was polite, pleasant and even ran after us upon realising we had left our umbrellas behind. His service was impeccable. Thank you Izzat.

We endeavour to provide exceptional and flavourful dishes made from the finest organic ingredients sourced locally and globally from small & family farms. Cultivate is here to serve, inform and inspire a cultural shift towards plant based intelligence, through creativity and deliciousness. Offering high vibration foods that embrace balance with beauty, wellness and wisdom and love to nurture our personal and planetary ecosystems. Cultivate is located in the gorgeous Maxwell Reserve Hotel and offers a warm and welcoming charm in a library setting and showcases freshly pressed organic juices to gluten free breads and desserts. The menu is packed with a variety of ingredients such as white asparagus with Turkish figs and Sicilian green olive dressing, dessert treats and dairy free ice creams. Interesting Soups such as Pear & Leek, roasted heirloom tomatoes and basil. Cultivate also features vegan sandwiches such as roasted eggplant, avocado smoked plant based mozzarella cheese with sumac, red onion and mango chutney. We also carry a rich selection of poke bowls and salads.

Cultivate patisserie grab and go serves and sells delicious handmade delicacies to carry you through the day from the first morning croissant to an afternoon patisserie and beautifully boxed celebratory cakes to pick up on the way. A coffee culture crafted by using the highest quality of beans sourced directly from the cherry plantations, our baristas elevate flavours, aromas and textures with the most attention to detail. Health and wellness being our main goal, our juices are pressed daily using the freshest of ingredients, smoothies made using the finest of herbs and kombucha brewed locally, Cultivate creates an ecosystem of mindful heart, body and soul.

The plant-based revolution is only expected to gather further momentum and with good reason.
