    The steak was cold. Two different serving staff wanted to serve us items we didn't order. Refilled our water only when asked, that's towards the end of our meal. Got our order of coffee wrong, we decided to cancel it. Hard to get the attention of your staff, even though the restaurant was not full. The only positive thing was that we were given a discount when the service staff asked if we have a DBS card. For a restaurant with such a nice ambience, we wished your staff were more attentive to patrons.
