    While the food was acceptable, I honestly felt that the overall experience was disappointing compared to previous visits. What affected me most was the service attitude from the staff member who escorted us to our table. The explanation regarding the children’s dining promotion felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made us feel quite uncomfortable as guests. During the reservation process, it was still clearly stated online that children aged 7–11 dine free under the promotion. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the promotion had already ended “a long time ago.” Naturally, this was confusing and frustrating from a guest’s perspective. If the promotion is no longer valid, it would be appreciated if the information could be removed or updated online to avoid misunderstanding. Alternatively, informing guests before confirming the reservation would have been the more considerate approach.
