    Still one of the most beautiful restaurants in Singapore, Claudine has trimmed their menu to the dishes they truly excel at, and it pays off. The steak tartare remains among the city's best, the beetroot salad is quietly addictive, and the Exotic Gourmandise dessert is the perfect send-off: passionfruit sorbet with white chocolate mousse, fresh pomelo and a surprising green sauce I will not spoil. The combination is bright, layered, flat out delicious.
