    An outstanding dining experience with impeccable service. The staff were attentive, regularly refilling water and thoughtfully introducing each course. The food was beautifully presented with creative, well-balanced flavours — the beetroot butter was especially memorable for its vibrant colour and savoury depth.     Duck skin fat was not rendered leaving a chewy texture. Great if they can see the bread. Service was is tip top couldn’t ask for more. Food was generally great.
