    The food is generally flavourful, however the ingredients are not exactly very fresh. For example, we ordered the signature chicken pot yet could taste the chicken came out from freezer. The dumplings was also not great, the sauce that came with it was too salty.

    Chengdu Bowl is the brainchild of two young ex-bankers who quit their high-flying careers in finance to pursue their passion in the F&B scene. They are also the founders of Chengdu Restaurant and NUMB Restaurant. The newest concept, Chengdu Bowl, serves its own rendition of quintessential Sichuan food in poke-bowl inspired, one-pax portions.
