    It was our first time dining at this restaurant, and we had a wonderful experience celebrating Father’s Day. The place is easy to find—especially with the large panda figure on the roof, which adds a fun and unique touch. The staff were all friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome right away. Our dishes arrived quickly and were absolutely delicious. We especially loved all the appetizers—they were full of flavor and beautifully presented. The drink menu was also a pleasant surprise, offering a variety of interesting and tasty options. We’ll definitely be back!

    My family and I had a great experience celebrating Father’s Day at Cheflams. The food was delicious, the service was amazing too. The Father’s Day set meal is very value for money. The place is family friendly too, with free foil balloons for kids and a nice free kids meal for each kid. Will be back again for sure.

    First time vising the restaurant and would recommend a reservation. It was full on a Sunday evening. Love the 2 dishes i ordered. Nice service staff too but would be better if they had offered to serve water without asking.

Founded in 2019 by Chef Lam Shan - a seasoned Sichuan cuisine expert with over three decades of experience - the restaurant reflects his dedication to preserving tradition while embracing modern techniques. Trained under Sichuan masters since the 1990s, Chef Lam's menu honours classics like Dongpo braised pork belly, refined with subtle contemporary touches in presentation and texture.

    The space strikes a balance between heritage and modernity: dark wood detailing nods to Sichuan's cultural roots, while clean lines create a refined backdrop. Ingredients are uncompromising - think hand-harvested Sichuan peppercorns and house-made chilli oils - ensuring each dish delivers authentic mala heat and depth. Standout dishes include the mapo tofu, a masterclass in balancing fiery chilli bean paste with silken tofu, and dry-fried green beans elevated by fragrant mala spices.
