Founded in 2019 by Chef Lam Shan - a seasoned Sichuan cuisine expert with over three decades of experience - the restaurant reflects his dedication to preserving tradition while embracing modern techniques. Trained under Sichuan masters since the 1990s, Chef Lam's menu honours classics like Dongpo braised pork belly, refined with subtle contemporary touches in presentation and texture.

    The space strikes a balance between heritage and modernity: dark wood detailing nods to Sichuan's cultural roots, while clean lines create a refined backdrop. Ingredients are uncompromising - think hand-harvested Sichuan peppercorns and house-made chilli oils - ensuring each dish delivers authentic mala heat and depth. Standout dishes include the mapo tofu, a masterclass in balancing fiery chilli bean paste with silken tofu, and dry-fried green beans elevated by fragrant mala spices.
