    Helmed by two brothers from the UK, Char aims to revolutionise the roast meat scene in Singapore with a balance of traditional and innovative flavours.

    Their rendition of the roasts are indeed drool-worthy. Think: Melt-in-your-mouth slices of char siew slathered in a sweet and savoury glaze, crackling pork belly roasted to golden brown perfection, and tender yet crispy jasmine-infused roast duck.

    Besides roast meats, they have an impressive array of Chinese appetisers, soups, and mains to satiate your hunger. Seafood fans will love the Passionfruit Prawn Ball, where crunchy deep-fried prawns are coated in a refreshing passion fruit dressing. Even humble carb dishes get a makeover, such as the Char's Special XO Sambal Fried Rice and Crispy Egg Noodles with Kurobuta Pork. Don't forget to throw in a comforting bowl of Char's Signature Double Boiled Chicken Soup, a flavourful broth brimming with tender pieces of chicken and scallops.
