United by a passion for gelato, we embarked on a journey that led us from graduating a prestigious course by Carpigiani, Italy’s premier gelato institution, to establishing a gelato cafe that prides itself on artisanal craftsmanship and a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Our gelato is crafted in-house, in our very own gelato kitchen, ensuring every scoop is a reflection of our dedication to excellence. But what truly sets us apart are our signature burnt cones, intentionally caramelised to perfection to unleash a symphony of aromas that complement our gelato impeccably. This unique offering, alongside our crispy yet tender buttermilk waffles made with the finest French butter, creates a complex, aromatic flavour profile unmatched by any other.

Complementing our dessert offerings, Burnt Cones takes pride in our meticulously sourced and roasted coffee beans.
