    Korean flavours with modern charcoal techniques; Head Chef Sangil Byeon of @guumsg, who brings finesse and bold creativity to the Korean grill; and Executive Chef Eugene See of Birds of A Feather, celebrated for his
    innovative East-meets-West dishes layered with the fiery complexity of Sichuan cuisine.

    Expect explosive flavours, inventive techniques, and a masterful harmony of spice and charcoal — all woven into a one-night-only menu ($158++ per pax) that’s both boundary-pushing and deeply rooted in tradition.

    From smoky wagyu and Iberico pork, to chilled seafood naengmyeon in Sichuan broth, foie gras dumplings, and the ultimate banchan platter — this is a feast from two worlds on one table.
