BOOKING POLICY
- Children of all ages are allowed to dine with us at Basilico.
- Children aged between 1 to 5 years will receive complimentary access to our buffet menu.
- Children aged between 6 to 12 years will be charged half the price of our buffet menu.
- An a la carte kid's menu is also available for children 12 years and below.
- Dress Code: Smart Casual (No sleeveless tops or slippers for gentlemen)
- Grace period of 15 minutes is given for each reservation. Kindly contact us for any delays or cancellations. We cannot guarantee your table after the given grace period has passed.

CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY:
• For Festive Special Occasions (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day), a full booking deposit is required.
• This amount will be deducted from the final bill on the day of the reservation.
• You will receive another email notifying you of the deposit upon confirming the reservation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until you have made the deposit.
• Deposits will be forfeited if cancellations are made within 72 hours of booked time.
