    Over the years, the founding team and current management explored with new ingredients, created new dishes but insisted on preparing all dishes, sauces and condiments internally. This resulted in building an experienced kitchen operating team of more than 30 experienced chefs and crew, serving a single restaurant premise. This is to ensure that each dish is cooked right, served at the right time for the right taste.

    Today Asia Grand is known for its traditionally roasted Peking duck, suckling pig, live seafood and handcrafted dim sum. In addition, our handcrafted dim sum, freshly made every day, offers a variety of delicate bites that showcase the skill and artistry of our culinary team.
