    I visited expecting a top-tier dining experience (it’s rated #1 in Singapore), but left disappointed. I tried four pizzas—nearly all were underwhelming. They were overpriced, mostly crust (30–40%), and light on toppings, especially meat. The dough was decent but couldn’t save the lack of flavor. The only passable one was under-salted and oily. Service was the real letdown. Despite confirming indoor seating, staff rudely moved me outside, insisting I follow a Chope policy I had already clarified. When I raised this, the manager gaslit me and dismissed my concerns. This was especially upsetting during a birthday dinner. Even spoons and napkins had to be requested for the Tiramisu. Only the indoor atmosphere impressed—outdoor seating felt neglected and joyless. For a place with such a lofty reputation, both the food and service missed the mark.
