    Spread over three floors in a shophouse space in central Singapore, Anthology houses all the products and services local distillery Compendium Spirits offers under one roof.

    From experiential tasting flights to craft cocktails made using unique spirits, modern Asian cuisine to raw Southern Asian fermentable on tap, Anthology offers a distinctive menu never before seen. This is thanks to our distillery roots, where we craft spirits utilising the best produce this part of the world has to offer.

    To drink connoisseurs, our collection of classic cocktails with a twist will leave you pleasantly surprised! Starting with Imperial ($24), a unique take on the classic Peking Duck, served in liquid form - with duck fat washed Compendium Spirits Straits Vodka and sour plum powder, delivering a savory stir that lingers on the tongue. Be delighted by nostalgia with the Reversed Kaya Toast ($24) which reimagines the traditional Singaporean breakfast, crafted using pandan infused Melaka Arrack, burnt bread milk and Teh-O Liqueur, truly capturing the essence of the local favorite.

    The Asian tapas at Anthology also draws inspiration from Southeast Asian flavors, such as the crowd-pleasing Beef Char Siu with rice crisps and herb salad ($26.8), crispy and mouth-watering Szechuan Kampot Chicken ($17.8), to the hearty Nasi Ulam ($22.8) featuring cured Barramundi with herbal Veloute sauce and aromatic rice, every item on the menu takes you on a culinary journey with dazzling presentation and robust flavors.

    Away from the street level bustle is our level two Chartered lounge, where an intimate and cozy hideaway awaits. Recline into plush sofas while sipping on bespoke cocktails, or even enjoy spirits tapped directly from the cask. Private event booking is available upon request.

    Ascend to level three, where Anthology’s hidden gem - Singapore’s first climate controlled barrel cellar - reveals itself. Bespoke barrels owned by Compendium Spirits’ Chartered members are stored here for their convenience. (Jul 2024)
