    The students must be able to explain to explain the dishes when ask. They must be able to pronouns the name of the dishes. When the guests finished their meals. Walking on the way out of the restaurant. They must learn to thank the guests for coming and their support. The dish like salmon should not go with local taste. Preferably do it in a western dish way by using herb.

    Amber West, a student-operated restaurant, brings affordable gourmet selections prepared by student chefs and served by student servers, led by their respective lecturers, to those who visit the in-house fine dining training restaurant, located right in the heart of ITE College West’s vast campus at Choa Chu Kang. The restaurant serves to train students in an authentic learning environment at affordable prices and features a tantalizing collection of dishes, both Western and Asian cuisines with a twist.

    Asian Menu: January to May

    International Menu: July to November

    The restaurant serves up to four-course meals including a student-concocted mocktail, coffee and tea that will definitely get you bang for your buck. (May 2024)
